Custom AI builds

AI for home service businesses, built around how you work.

Off-the-shelf software makes you work its way. I build custom AI tools that work yours: a live dashboard with leads, calls, appointments and revenue in one view, a knowledge-base agent that knows your services and pricing, a customer portal, and the internal tools your team keeps wishing existed. Each one is scoped as its own project.

2,500+ appointments and $25M+ in pipeline for partners so far in 2026.

Your business runs on tools that don't talk to each other

Leads live in one system, calls in another, the calendar somewhere else and revenue in the accounting software. To answer a simple question like how many jobs came from last month's leads, somebody has to export a pile of spreadsheets and stitch them together. So nobody asks.

Company knowledge has the same problem. Pricing rules, service details and how you handle a warranty call live in the heads of a few people. New hires ask them the same questions all day. Customers call the office to ask where their job stands. A lot of that can be built once and answered by a tool.

How it works

How a custom AI build works

  1. 1

    Scope

We start with the problem, not the tech. I look at how your team works today and write down what the tool needs to do, who uses it and what data it touches.

  2. 2

    Build

My team builds it in-house, connected to your CRM, phones, calendar and other systems. You see working versions early instead of waiting for a big reveal.

  3. 3

    Launch

We roll it out to your team or your customers, train the people who use it, and fix what comes up in the first few weeks.

  4. 4

    Improve

Tools get better with use. We update knowledge bases, add reports and adjust workflows as your business changes.

What's included

What I can build

  • Company dashboards: leads, calls, appointments and revenue in one live view
  • Knowledge-base agents trained on your services, pricing and processes
  • Customer portals where customers book, track their job, pay and get answers
  • Internal tools and apps built around your workflow
  • Automations that move data between your CRM, phones and calendar
  • AI call summaries, scoring and reporting
  • Connections to the tools you already use, with you owning the data

Company dashboards that answer the real questions

A good dashboard tells you, without an export, how many leads came in, how fast they were worked, how many turned into appointments and what those appointments are worth. I build dashboards that pull from your CRM, phone system and calendar into one live view your whole leadership team can read. No more waiting for someone to pull the report on Friday.

It's the same kind of view I use in the weekly revenue meeting as a Fractional AI & Revenue Officer. When the numbers are in one place, you stop arguing about what happened last month and start fixing what's in front of you.

  • Leads by source, and cost per booked job
  • Speed to lead by rep and by hour
  • Appointments set, shown and sold
  • Revenue and pipeline by month

An AI knowledge base for service companies

A knowledge-base agent is an AI assistant trained on your company: your services, pricing rules, processes, warranty terms and the answers your best people give every day. Your office staff, techs and setters can ask it a question and get your answer, not a generic one from the internet.

It can also power customer-facing tools, like the answers inside a customer portal. We decide together what it's allowed to say and when it should hand off to a person. For regulated work like insurance, it sticks to approved information and routes everything else to a licensed agent.

  • New-hire onboarding and training
  • Pricing and service questions from the office
  • Quick answers for techs in the field
  • Consistent answers for setters on live calls

Customer portals and internal tools for contractors

A customer portal gives homeowners one place to book a time, see where their job stands, pay an invoice and get answers to common questions, without calling the office. It's built around your process and your brand, and it hands off to your team when a customer needs a person.

Internal tools are the custom apps and workflows your team keeps wishing existed: a handoff from setter to estimator that doesn't drop details, an automation that moves a signed job into scheduling, a checklist your crews actually fill out. Each of these custom AI tools for contractors is scoped as its own project, separate from my monthly retainer, with a clear description of what gets built and what it connects to before any work starts. To see how AI fits across your business first, read the AI for home service businesses guide, or book a call and we'll talk it through.

  • Book or reschedule an appointment
  • See job status and next steps
  • Pay an invoice online
  • Get answers from your approved knowledge base

Custom AI Tools FAQ

Straight answers.

What kind of AI tools do you build?

Company dashboards, knowledge-base agents, customer portals, and internal tools and automations. If your team keeps saying “I wish we had something that…,” that's usually a good place to start. I'll also tell you if an off-the-shelf tool would do the job better.

Do I need to be working with you on setters first?

No. Custom builds can stand on their own. They often fit best alongside the setters and AI systems my team runs, because we already know where your data lives and where the gaps are.

How is a custom build priced?

As a project, scoped before work starts. You'll know what's being built and what it connects to. Ongoing retainer work for setters and systems is priced separately.

Who owns the data?

You do. The tools connect to your existing CRM and systems, and your customer and company data stays yours. We don't lock it inside something you can't get out of.

Will a customer portal replace my office staff?

No. It handles the questions and tasks that don't need a person, like checking job status, booking a time or paying an invoice. Your staff get more time for the calls that do need them, and customers can always reach a human.
